Message	This applies to all posts like this, not just this particular situation, but the point of my post was this; if you buy a drill at the store and it brakes prematurely, do you call all your friends and tell them about it? No. You call Black and Decker, or the store you purchased it from and tell them so that you can get a replacement drill or a refund. If they take care of you, great. If not, you remember that. You may tell your buddy who is about to buy a new drill, "Don't buy B&D, their customer service sucks." or "Get a B&D drill, if anything goes wrong, they will take care of you!" It's the same thing here. There is not ONE thing anyone on this forum other than Greg Dupree can do about his pipes breaking. So why bring it here first?
